Responsibilities

• Recruitment of talented footballers within Manchester community.
• Liaison with the family/representatives and individuals with talent to offer opportunities for a career at MCFC/MUFC if suitable.
• Maintenance of relationships with various parties including families, coaches, other scouts, etc. in order to assist with the efficiency of my job.
• Preparation of match and team reports to help coaching team prepare for upcoming fixtures.
• Preparation of individual player reports to contribute to the recruitment team’s overall picture of whether a player is good enough to pursue.
